Each of the crafts is produced on individual order according to my clients’ expectations of uniqueness.
I attach to my works a handmade certificate in the form of a graphics, drawn with ink and a nib or a tiny brush. The certificate is an element of a complete project I transmit to the Client. Both the drawing and the engraving are handmade at the Mnich Original engraving manufacture and they make a set. If the craft is made with a noble metal, it is confirmed by a hallmark of Polish Assay Office, in accordance with the Polish hallmarking law states, and my initials.
My works are often ordered for a present. In such cases, I present them on my social profile only after they are handed to the final recipient. If the craft comprises a dedication, I do not show this part on photographs, unless the Client agrees to present all the details.
I issue a fiscal receipt for each order. I may also issue a VAT invoice or a UE VAT invoice for clients from abroad.
I described the procedure of creating a new order in Pro Publico Bono due to the fact, that a part of the payment I receive is transferred for particular Foundations and Associations. I follow this rule for Clients from Poland. For orders from abroad, I transfer the money directly from my bank account to make it easier for clients using international transfers.
Some of the crafts I create for my own pleasure can also be bought in the Etsy online store.
